CONGRATULATIONS!

Mrs. Ma. Luisa Tumala-Dela Rosa who hails from San Jose (Poblacion) currently the Head Teacher II of San Roque Elementary School of the Viga West District passed the 2005 Educational Management Test (EMT), otherwise known as the Superintendent Examination, held at SEAMEO INNOTECH last May 28.

She is one among the 144 who passed the said examination from a field of 289 takers.
